Miller Beer Tasting Contests Across The World
The Miller Brewing Company is sending out samples to various locations around the globe as summer arrives. The Taste Points program will encourage drinkers to collect marked labels and turn them in. Drinkers must also check in using foursquare at participating establishments. The points will be redeemed for chances to win prizes on a daily and weekly basis. Three epic prizes will given away during the contest. The Taste Points program will run from May 1st to July 31st of 2011 in North America. Beer sampling events are held regularly in major cities and may include Miller beers. Visitors may indulge in a small sample of beer and also learn about beer-related topics. Beer party ideas, proper storage of beer, and selecting beers to match meals are common sampling event topics. Miller will pair up with local sports affiliates for small tasting events. Sports fans can mingle with athletes and taste their favorite beers. Miller products are sold at stadiums during all major sporting events as well. Miller is involved with most mainstream and lesser-known sports. The MillerCoors joint venture will also be hosting various region-specific events across the world.
